1.2. Customer – a physical or legal person who has acquired services through the website www.wefleet.lt.
1.3. The rules for the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) regulate the basic principles of collecting, processing and storing personal data which are used by the Data controller to process the Customer’s personal data.
2. General provisions
2.1. The processing of personal data of the Customer is determined by the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts regulating the collection of such data and these Rules.
2.2. Customer data is collected for specified and legitimate purposes, and processed fairly and accurately.
3. Processing of personal data
3.1. The Customer agrees that the personal data that he voluntarily places at the time of booking will be processed in accordance with these rules.
3.2. The customer has the right to access his personal data and the right to request correcting his incorrect, incomplete, and inaccurate personal data by writing an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. In this case, the Service provider must immediately implement the Customer’s request (within 1 -2 days).
3.3. The data controller recognizes and respects the right to privacy of each Customer who makes an order on the website www.wefleet.lt. The data controller collects and uses the Customer’s personal data (name, first name and last name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and other information specified in the order of the online booking platform) for the processing of orders for goods or services, or for the performance of other contractual obligations assumed.
3.4. The Data controller undertakes not to disclose the Customer’s personal data to third parties, except the Data controller’s partners, who provide delivery services or other services related to the proper fulfilment of the Customer’s order. In all other cases, the Customer’s personal data may be disclosed to third parties only in accordance with the procedure provided for in the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
3.5. Personal data is processed using secure means to protect this data against unauthorized destruction, disclosure or other unlawful acts.
4. Rules change
4.1. The Data controller has the right to amend the Regulations partially or completely by announcing this on the website of www.wefleet.lt.
4.2. The amendments or amendments to the rules come into effect from the day of their publication, i.e. y from the day they appear on the website www.wefleet.lt.
4.3. If the Customer does not agree with the new version of the Rules, he/she has the right to cancel it in writing.
4.4. If after the Replenishment or replacement of the Rules the Customer continues to use the services provided by the booking platform, the Customer is deemed to accept the new version of the Rules.
5. Submission and transmission of information
5.1. All communications relating to the processing of personal data are provided to the Data Controller by e-mail email@example.com or by post.
5.2. The response is submitted by the controller in the same form as the message or claim was received.
6.1. Using statistical website data:
6.1.1 We are constantly improving our website, aiming to make it as simple and convenient as possible.
